N17 – Neon Rays Ribbon
A beautiful rayon ribbon with a luscious sheen and rich colours. Great for satin stitches on canvas, couched in embroidery, and many other decorative stitches. Steaming or ironing will remove the creases from being wound onto a card. Use a laying tool both front and back for best results.
