Shipping policy

We endeavour to package your order as carefully as possible, however damage may still occur. If you items arrive damaged, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

All items are send least-expensive, via Canada Post. Most items will be mailed in a regular or padded envelope in order to keep costs down. These orders will NOT be tracked. Any items bulkier than 2 cm in the smallest dimension will require shipping via parcel post - we will contact you directly if that is the case in order to arrange payment for additional shipping costs. We will update products that require extra shipping as much as possible but this may not be accurate. Parcel shipping is tracked and we will send you a tracking number when we ship your order.

We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours whenever possible, however some orders may experience longer delays due to volume and other unexpected challenges.
