I love this for counted cross stitch

This is my go-to fabric for cross-stitch. I find Aida too stiff and the weave is too open. The Lugana is soft and flexible but the weave is nice and firm. It's not cheap but I only cut what I need and if necessary, I add a border of waste fabric to put it in the hoop.
