It seems I have done something to my WordPress installation, and for some reason it can’t find my posts, though they do appear on the “home” page.
I have temporarily fixed it by changing the theme, so that the whole post shows on the home page instead of just the excerpt, but the posts are still not visible on their own pages. Please be patient until I fix the issue, and until then, the full posts are on the main page.
Thank you to the people who brought the issue to my attention!
Well, anyone would think that there is nothing new at the shop, judging by the long time since my last post. That would be far from the truth, since there is something new several times per week. Since December (my last post), we have added many new charts, new colours of our regular fibres, and new notions.
I am gearing up for the Embroiderer’s Association of Canada’s annual Seminar, which will be held in Victoria, BC next month – May 15th to 23rd. I will have a booth in their Vendor’s Mall, so it will be a busy time for all three of us. I have spent the last few weeks putting together and placing orders with my suppliers, and in the last week have added a few more designers. I will do my best to post here as the new stock arrives, so all of you will know what’s coming in.
A newer supplier is European Cross Stitch – gorgeous and different charts from several European designers, including Chatelaine, Alessandra Adelaide, Passione Ricamo, and others. Also new to the shop is Crabapple Hill Designs, which combine quilting with hand-embroidery. To support those designs, we have expanded our quilt fabric selection, and now have over 100 choices available.
We are also working on a few Summer Workshops to be held during July and August. Check back here for our updates!
