Special Orders

At The Stitcher's Muse, we are happy to do special orders.  Our shop isn't big enough to carry everything (much as we'd like to), so we offer a special order service.  We can order any item stocked by any of our suppliers (see alphabetical listing below), with a 50% pre-payment (eg, customer pays 50% of the special order value before the order is placed with our supplier).  Please note that it may take several weeks to several months for the product to arrive (on some occasions it has taken over a year, but that is very rare!), as we traditionally include a special order with our next shipment from that supplier, and we only order from some suppliers every few months.  If you are in a hurry, we can get the item shipped ASAP, but extra shipping charges will be incurred (customer pays shipping from supplier to our shop).

On occasion, we will bid on an item on Ebay or purchase from a retail location, if a customer is unwilling to do so him/herself.  A $5.00 fee over cost of item and any related shipping costs are charged for this service.
